ABOUT US

Why choose B&W On-Site?

I am a low overhead service provider, specializing in on-site septic system design in Spokane County. With my background as a licensed septic system inspector, I approach the septic system design process with the mindset of a regulator and take pride in producing high quality septic system designs and soils evaluation reports which meet all State requirements as well as those of the Spokane Regional Health District. Your home is most often your greatest investment and it is my mission to ensure that your septic system is designed to preserve your asset and not become a liability.

Qualifications:

With an Environmental Engineering background and over 20 years of experience in the environmental field, including 13 years as a Licensed Inspector in Washington State, I have personally reviewed hundreds of septic designs and evaluated thousands of test holes. That level of experience is unparalleled, as it requires reviewing multiple designs and evaluating test holes on a daily basis. B&W ON-SITE LLC has the knowledge and experience to meet your septic system permitting and design needs, ranging from conventional gravity systems, pressure distribution, enhanced treatment or mound systems. We also do design work for home expansions, drainfield failures, repairs and replacements. All of our designs meet or exceed the on-site sewage regulations outlined in Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 246-272A.
